Calisthenics

When we wake up in the morning, we naturally stretch. It’s an involuntary response that our body knows to do to activate blood flow necessary for the waking time.
This involuntary stretch is a form of calisthenics. A way to stretch or form or shape our body without the use of weights or other external supplements.
To improve our blood flow and our musculature systems, we should wake up to a glass of water, and about 10 minutes of calisthenics.
